The purpose of this project is the new construction of a four story mixed use building. The 1st story will include a commercial frontage with one multifamily units, the 2nd story will include two multifamily units, the 3rd story will include two multifamily units, and the 4th story will include one multifamily units for a total of six multifamily units.
