Last Thursday, June 15, 2023, ULI Philadelphia recognized eight projects in their awards ceremony at the Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History in Philadelphia, PA. IS-DG won the award for excellence in the small scale development category with their Harrowgate Dye Works project. ULI recognized projects for their positive impact in communities including design, leadership in development, sustainability & building performance, market acceptance, and community impact.
