Ian had an opportunity to showcase one of our projects to the Temple University Construction Management Certificate (CMC) Class of 2022-2023 along with our client O’Luxury Living. The class enjoyed the advantage of having the Architect and Contractor on-site together to explain the inner workings of the project. Despite the heat, IS-DG showed the students how a professional site visit is conducted. The students could see firsthand how the relationship can be between the architect and general contractor and the conversations that occur with the plans in hand. From the exterior to the interior, every part of the project was discussed – including safety prior to arriving on site.
