The emotional capital embedded within the Joe Frazier Gym Feasibility Study could not be more charged with potential. It has the ability to inspire the target audience that would clamor to be a part of a cause to reignite Joe Frazier’s memory. It would inspire all to improve their well-being.
The feasibility study intends to substantiate a proposal to bring the Joe Frazier gym back to life by attracting investors that can envision the featured business models presented within this plan. Much of what we looked at suggest a community service approach is warranted for a long term sustainable and protected institution. A social contract agreement with the community should be designed to accommodate an empowerment and innovation protected zone.
The study looked at the traffic patterns, the population density, of the evolution of the physical geography, the purchasing power of the existing population, the potential patrons, the physical boundaries, the psychological boundaries, the physical connections, the emotional connections, the aesthetic connections, the views, the inefficiencies, the minor trends, and the consistent trends. The study resulted in the development of two distinct approaches that could be mixed and matched to produce various schemes upon the base framework.
