Congratulations to IS-DG Principal, Ian Smith, on his election to full membership with The Carpenter’s Company. He was officially welcomed into the Company on Monday, January 23 at Carpenters’ Hall. The Carpenters’ Company is a 300-year tradition in the City of Philadelphia, with their members ranging from architects, building contractors or structural engineers. From the 18th-century, whose members who erected Independence Hall, Christ Church and Carpenters’ Hall to the members of today, innovation in design and technical achievement have contributed to their stellar reputation.
