This project is located within the historical overlay and is designated as Class II Historical Resource. The client has been granted a conditional use to use the first floor as an historic resource home occupation medical office, accessory to the practitioners principal residence above. The client received an historic preservation covenant, with referenced documentation provided, was established to restore and preserve the exterior appearance of the building, designated an historical resource. The project included creating a waiting room and a procedure room.
