Proposed stair pilot houses, elevator override and vestibule, and roof decks. IS-DG was brought onto the project to direct the fit-out of the existing first floor and the new construction of a four story addition to the building. The first floor would retain commercial use for a medical facility and the addition would be 18 residential dwelling units.
